Our physical therapy practice is based on 20+ years of clinical experience, training and the latest evidence on best practice. Our functional medicine health coaching services can be an adjunct to your physical healing after an injury, or a separate service that you seek us to help your get on track to living your healthiest, most vibrant life. Our goal: support your efforts to reach personal health milestones and resolve physical pain and your symptoms of dis-ease.

I can literally remember wanting to know the “why” behind injury and disease since I began studying physical therapy in college. I have never been interested in simply giving people exercises, or telling them to drink more water (although, I may tell you that).
I have always believed that if we can get to a person’s individual “why”, their root cause, they will feel more empowered to make confident life changes – they’ll actually understand why they are making the change, and we can help them not only get better but stay better.
My passion for actively improving wellness came originally from a very personal family crisis: my younger sister was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer at age 10. Wanting to understand the “why” behind her cancer developed into what I call “root cause” healthcare, and my belief in the importance of helping people evolve from simply being spectators in their own personal health journey.
For more than two decades, I have used my passion for healing and physical therapy to help people resolve serious pain and injury issues. Most of my career has been in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy and sports medicine. I launched Full Circle Wellness so that I could provide clients uninterrupted one-on-one attention, and really explore the root of their challenges more efficiently and holistically.
Today, I use both physical therapy and health coaching to help my clients through educating, and empowering them to take back control of their health and well-being, and ultimately stay well (And drink more water, of course).
